A $20.00 deposit is required for ALL:

• Eyelash Lift and Tint appointments

• Eyebrow Sculpting appointments 

• Make-up Appointments

A $50.00 deposit is required for ALL:

• Eyelash Extension appointments

• Eyebrow Cosmetic Tattooing appointments.

• Bridal Makeup Parties

Deposit payments are to be made through online booking site. In-salon payments are to be made only through cash or card (2.2% surcharge when paying by card). Direct deposits will not be accepted at your appointment

Deposits must be paid when booking to secure your appointment, and will be credited at the time of service. Deposits are non-refundable.

A minimum of 48 hours notice must be given if you wish to re-schedule your appointment. Giving less notice than 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit required upon booking a new appointment.

If you do not show to your appointment without notice, a 50% booking fee, relative to service, is required if you wish to book a new appointment. Two missed appointments by any client will result in no further bookings.

We run by a strict schedule please ensure you allow yourself time to get to your appointment. Any client later than 10 minutes will have their appointment cancelled and deposit lost. We respect your time, and hope you understand the need to align to a strict schedule.
